Contra Costa Public Information Network
The Contra Costa Public Information Network (PIN) meets regularly for training and networking purposes for both full-time public information officers and others whose work includes public information duties. Contra Costa PIN is sponsored by the Contra Costa County Office of Education, Contra Costa Health Services and CAPIO (California Association of Public Information Officials). The Update Beyond Your Status Update
Now that most public agencies have a social media presence how do you make your message heard?
Learn how two East Bay public agencies have integrated social media into their communications plans. This presentation will show how creative content can maximize the reach of your social media channels. You'll learn how crowd sourcing, promoted posts, branding and contests can engage your community.
Bring your questions, challenges and best examples of innovative uses of social media.

Parking: The CCCOE has a huge employee parking lot on the west side of the building, on the corner of Oak Park and Monte Cresta. Please don't struggle with on-street parking. Use our employee lot. You still must enter through the front door to register in the building.
