Career
Development: The Career Development Division of the Contra
Costa County Office of Education provides many services designed to meet
the needs of high school students and adults interested in careers. CDD
provides career development programs at every high school in Contra Costa
and parts of Alameda counties.
ROP: ROP is the largest program within the Career Development Department and is Contra Costa County Office of Education's career training program. Designed for high school juniors and seniors, the goal of ROP is to help students learn about career opportunities and develop job skills.

ROP Adult Courses: CCCOE ROP offers several classes designed for adults in areas such as: business services, hospitality, industrial occupations, medical occupations and careers with children. ROP also offers special classes and events for adult learners and teachers.
